What To Do When You’re Struggling With Content

This is a great tip for you to remember when you’re doing a presentation.

I’ve noticed when teaching my speaking courses that sometimes when people are up the front talking they run out of things to say. I get it. This used to happen to me too, and the best way to overcome this is to move your body.

A presentation is always about flow. It’s about finding out who we are in relation to our natural selves. So being connected to nature is an important way to do this, so that when we present to the public, we are like a ray of sunshine to them.

If you need more information, practise moving a little more. When struggling with content don’t say anything, just stand there and move your body. Communication isn’t all verbal.

Take care,
