This is a question I’ve received many times, and the answer is … You won’t.
The only thing you can be confident about is that you won’t speak powerfully and confidently in every situation and that’s something to be confident about.
What this gives you is the space to be yourself. The more space you give yourself to be yourself in all your flaws, The better speaker and influencer you’ll be.
People don’t want the perfect speaker… They want them to be themselves in all their imperfection, this gives your audience the chance to be themselves.
Perfection doesn’t sell…
