Inspire People

It’s a common misconception that if you have the opportunity to present in front of a room for 60 minutes that you need to provide a lot of education and give tons of content on your topic.

The problem with doing this is that most people will think that what you’ve given them is enough and will not go on to work with you. How much can you really change someone in 60 minutes compared to having them spending a couple of months with you in a strong container?

If you spend your time inspiring them rather than educating, a much higher percentage of people will want to learn more and will sign up to work with you.

If you over-educate them, they’ll feel like they’re done. If you inspire them, they will be curious to find out more

So, if you really want to impact people, you have to inspire at the beginning. Over-education is the disease of people not getting impact.

Take care,
