Are You A Speaker, Coach, Consultant Asking “Is This All”?

Have you ever felt “Is this all there is, there must be more?” That gnawing feeling of thinking there must be more you need to do?

Or perhaps it’s the experience of, “I know I’m meant for more but it’s not happening fast enough” although everyone around you is saying you’re doing great. Yet in your heart you know that you could be doing it faster with greater impact.

If you are somebody that is in a position of influence, or you’ve been on stage and hit the point of recognition or the level of money you want to hit, then this conversation is for you.

It reminds me of one of my goals which was to share a stage with some of the biggest influencers in the world. People like Sir Richard Branson, Tony Robbins, Dr John Demartini and Tim Ferriss. I remember when I hit that point because I was always someone committed to greater impact and speaking all over the world about leadership and transformation. It was always a thing of mine to be on stage with those other incredible thought leaders, so I know you can resonate with this if one of your goals is to be on tour in 13 different countries and achieve that too.

Well after having done it, one thing I can share with you is that it is an incredible experience which impacts millions of people as well as yourself and the people around you. Yet I can also share that when I did hit each level of achievement I felt empty and like there must be more.

Perhaps you’ve hit that point in your life where you would like to be on those big stages and impact those people, or maybe your mentoring program is supposed to do that. What I can tell you is that whether you already have, or are wondering what’s it all about because you’ve done what they say is going to give you have greater fulfillment in your life and it’s just not, after I did it, there was a lull in my life and I actually took some time to reflect and create something new.

It had to be something that was not about saving the world, it wasn’t about recognition, it was about collaboration. It was about getting leaders together because it was no longer about what I had to share. It had to do with getting the right people together in order to create greater meaning in their life and what they wanted to express in the world.

Take care,
