What are the areas that we will work on for the day?

We take note of where that person’s business is and get clear on where we want to go. We develop a strategic plan for how to close the gap between where they are and where they want to go. We do this in an empowering environment at my house with no interruptions for the day. The day is recorded in audio so they can take it with them after. We work each day as custom-tailored, depending on the client’s needs.

The different domains we can work depending on the needs and wants of the client are:

  • Outsourcing
  • Unconscious beliefs and sabotage patterns
  • Healing
  • Transformation
  • Strategic planning on the direction of their company and where they want to go
  • Hiring
  • Firing company culture

Typically executives will do these tasks every quarter, either we will work with their top executives in groups of 5-10 executives at a time at my house or with just one – the CEO.

The companies that are successful tend to do this every quarter with themselves as business owners or handle it with top level management in order to assess against their measurables and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as a company.

How does it work?

Before we meet for the day, we will do a one hour consultation so that I can come prepared to the meeting and get the basic information of the overall outcome you would like at the meeting. That’s a one hour complimentary call prior to meeting in person.

The day will begin at 10a.m. and end at 6:30 p.m. We will have it at my house overlooking the ocean and an empowering environment with a wide board and a recorder to get crystal clear about where the company is and where it wants to go.

We will identify the blind spots of the company and come up with solutions to solve that. This is a chance to think from the outside, to just step into the future of your life and your company, and work backwards away from the distractions… away from being busy. A good leader knows that being busy isn’t necessarily the formula for success. So this is a solution for executives to get OUT of their business and work ON their business. The same applies to executives, coaches, and consultants. Authors and Speakers to develop new models of doing business that potentially put millions of dollars in their bank account due to a few simple points that get changed.

After this has been done, we can also develop private consulting packages to support the people and on the implementation of some of the changes. Often times we will just meet every quarter, 4 times a year to keep reassessing where things are right and measure it.
