Blue Gold: World Water Wars (2008)

Blue Gold: World Water Wars is a 2008 documentary film that focuses on the political and environmental implications of our declining water supplies and the war for clean water in the future. The film, which was directed by Sam Bozzo, was based on the book, Blue Gold: The Fight to Stop the Corporate Theft of the World’s Water by Maude Barlow and Tony Clarke.

Bozzo highlighted success stories of activities around the world who are fighting against corporate theft from multinational conglomerates. The film tells a grim story of how water and oil will one day be the root of wars in the future. As the planet’s natural resources declines, corporate giants, corrupt governments and powerful people in the global market place and political arena will try to seize control of what’s left of our natural resources. Such action will likely cause massive protests and lawsuits from ordinary citizens that are fighting for survival. Blue Gold: World Water Wars aims to answer the question: Can the human race survive a war rooted in fighting for natural resources?

The film features important figures in history, archaeology, science as well as historical places and sites. Blue Gold: World Water Wars gives a look at the very start of human civilization and the elements that human history is founded on such as science, technology, nature, planet earth, the solar system, the universe, World wars, Battles, education, Biographies, television, archaeology, Illuminati, Area 51, serial killers, paranormal and the rise of Rome, Greece and Egypt in ancient times.
