The Real Bonnie and Clyde

Bonnie and Clyde was considered as one of the most notorious pair-up of outlaws in the United States. Between 1931 to 1934, Bonnie and Clyde would rob small stores to rural gas stations in the Central United States.

Born Bonnie Elizabeth Parker and Clyde Chestnut Barrow, the pair’s exploits were the stuff of the dailies during the early 30s and were glamorized by Hollywood not long after. In the documentary “The Real Bonnie and Clyde”, which was presented by Timewatch, the film pieces together relevant accounts, just released records police records, accounts of Bonnie and Clyde’s family as well as inside info from trusted sources to give viewers an accurate picture of the infamous robbers between the year 1931 to 1934.

It is believed that Bonnie and Clyde killed over nine police officers as well as innocent bystanders throughout their exploits until the police caught up with them in Louisiana were they were killed in a shootout.
