This documentary film follows former Mafia enforcer Richard Kuklinski. The first interview was done five years after he received
consecutive life sentences in 1991 for multiple murders. Like those characters from the movies, Kuklinski lead a double life. He was a businessman, husband and father by day and expert murderer by night. He specialized in the use of cyanide.
He was able to describe a number of his killings in graphic detail. Experts try to understand the working of the mind of Kuklinski and discover that he is in fact a product of child abuse. His story is one that fairly popular. In 2001 he was revisited by HBO. A lot of people may argue that the interest in Kuklinski’s story is being exploited, capitalizing on the hype behind the Sopranos phenomenon.
The Iceman: Confessions of a Mafia Hit Man is an exclusive documentary film that takes us further into the inner workings of the mind of a man who was capable of cold-blooded murder.
