Seeking answers?

Anytime I am struggling to discover an answer to a problem within myself or externally, I have been blinded by trying to find the answers. When I work with my clients and myself, I am finding it much more useful to presuppose I or they have the answers and I or they simply must be wiling to face them. I have since realised that it is not finding the answers that is challenging it is facing them.

What answers are you willing to face today?

I totally get this. I don’t force myself to find out answers to questions of self. I meditate and allow them to come to me naturally. Some answers are elusive, they take time, but when they do come to me, the epiphany is so mindblowing that I wonder how i was able to waste time not realising that Ive known the answer all along.

Not “logic” minded people will get this though 🙂
